We also conduct scheduled briefings and send out periodic newsletters to update our clients with information security development.
Yes, we implement a cloud-based backup system using IDrive. We chose IDrive because it is the most dependable and secured provider of cloud storage. There are only a handful of providers which encrypts your data from end-to-end. This means that even before your data is transmitted securely to IDrive’s servers, the IDrive program will encrypt your data in your hard drive. Not even the branded providers like GoogleDrive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive or Box does this.
Yes. We will send you a copy of your return to review and approve before we e-File it for you. After you have approved release of your tax return, and digitally signed your IRS E-File Signature Authorization Form 8879, we will e-File your return. We will then email you a PDF copy of the e-Filed return.

Most of the websites we design and implement are dynamic and database-driven. This means that anytime you need to change anything on your website, you can do it in real-time.
The short answer is no. We provide our clients sufficient training to enable them to manage their websites without our help. But we are always available for support when needed.
Yes, we do. We provide support and strategies for your social media presence.
Yes, we develop from online shopping carts to reservation systems, and anything in-between.
We support the most widely-used Accounting applications in the US. From Quickbooks to Oracle Financials, we can provide solutions to your business function problems. Yes, we actually have two. Our secured web-based (online) accounting software, Adversaria, is open-source and being used by tens of thousands all over the world. Ranging from small to mid-sized companies, our users find this solution as very cost-effective.
Another web-based option is Sage One, a product of Sage. Sage is the world’s third-largest supplier of enterprise resource planning software (behind Oracle and SAP), and the largest supplier to small businesses.
Since both solutions are web-based, you can do your accounting and bookkeeping from anywhere in the world. The interface is so user-friendly that the learning curve is very short. Everything is encrypted that is why you are assured that your data and information are safe.
What we will do for you is conduct a comprehensive requirements review of your actual needs. Based on this review, we will recommend to you the best software solution.
We will not hard-sell our in-house software products. We do have a proprietary stand-alone software, Adversaria Financials . We also have a couple of open-source solutions. But purchasing our software is always just an option.
And when you have chosen the right software for you, we will be with you up to the point of implementation. We will not leave you “hanging in the air”.
First, we will evaluate your requirements and determine if your software requirement is not available in the market. If not, we can develop a custom software tailored to your needs.
There will be several approaches to your problem. If your existing software is open-source, we can actually make changes directly to the programs. Otherwise, we can develop plug-ins or add-ons to address the additional features you need.
We develop software for almost all devices. For desktops, we can develop for Windows. iOS, and Linux. For mobile devices, we can develop for Android, iOS, Windows and Symbian.
